This Festo pneumatic soft-start valve lets you gradually increase flow downstream in your compressed air system. That means it prevents damage from unexpected start-ups or sudden releases of pressure. A solenoid actuator automatically regulates the internal valve position, and you can manually adjust the rate of release. This is ideal for maintaining a safe work environment when starting equipment after repair or installation. The valve also has an analogue pressure gauge so you can monitor your systems at a glance.
